The defendant's adversary in Pro Caecina, a litigious agent who insinuated himself into the widow Caesennia's affairs and bid in her name on the Fulcinian estate. He later claimed the estate as his own and, with armed men, barred Aulus Caecina from taking possession, prompting the interdict suit.
