T. Herennius

T. Herennius, a Roman banker of Leptis in Africa, one of those whom Verres beheaded at Syracuse on a charge of being a fugitive Sertorian, despite his recognition by many Roman citizens. Witness through L. Flavius at the trial (Verr. 2.5.155). Distinct from the Herennius of Verr. 2.1.14.
