Roman negotiator (businessman) resident at Thespiae in Boeotia, a long-standing admirer of Cicero who shared his literary interests. Cicero recommends him to Servius Sulpicius in Fam. 13.22, jointly with a letter from A. Terentius Varro Murena. Distinct from the earlier senatorial T. Manlius entries in the registry.
