Son of T. Pinnius the elder; a young man of cultivated parts (mire studioso et erudito et modesto) under Cicero's guardianship in 51--50 BC. The Bithynian city of Nicaea owed his estate eight million sesterces; Cicero asked P. Silius to expedite payment.
