Theomnastus the Syracusan, an unscrupulous accomplice of Verres set loose as tithe-collector on the Mutycensian field (Verr. 2.3.101) and named among the Syracusan profiteers in the Heraclius case (Verr. 2.2.50; 2.4.148). Otherwise unattested.
