Volusius

also: Volusius, Volusio

A man named in the Cilician accounts of Fam. 5.20 (49 BC): L. Mescinius wished an obligation (nomen) transferred to him from Valerius, but Cicero's experts judged it could not be done and that Valerius's sureties remained bound. His freeing was Cicero's own counsel. Distinct from the M. Volusius who saw Tiro (Fam. 16.12).
