The statue of Vortumnus in the Vicus Tuscus, the Etruscan god of change and seasons, a familiar topographical landmark of the lower Forum and the Tuscan Quarter at Rome. The four columns of the temple of Castor whose whitewashing Verres rigged are sited "by the statue of Vortumnus" (Verr. 2.1.154).
