Marcus Livius Drusus Claudianus
Drusus
also: Druso
Republican senator of 43 BC and father of Livia (later wife of Augustus); with Paullus he helped arrange the assignment of the Fourth and Martian legions. He fought for the Liberators and died after Philippi. Distinct from the tribune M. Livius Drusus of 91 BC.

The horti Drusi were suburban gardens belonging to M. Livius Drusus Claudianus, one of several Tiber-side properties Cicero weighed for siting Tullia's shrine. He also names the gardens of Lamia and Cassius as possibly available.

Drusus (M. Livius Drusus Claudianus) owned another set of gardens Cicero considered for the shrine and was, unlike the Scapula heirs, a willing seller. He is the contemporary property-owner of 45 BC, not the famous tribune of the same family.
