A man named Silius whose 'message' had alarmed Paetus and prompted his letter to Cicero (Fam. 9.16.1, 46 BC); the news apparently concerned some danger or property matter. Distinct from P. Silius Nerva the Bithynian propraetor. flag-not-resolve: identity uncertain.
